Exhibitions Security

Stryker Event Management supplies a national service to various event co-ordinators and has successfully executed exhibitions at Nasrec, Sandton Convention Centre, Gallagher Estate, Helderfontein Estate, Emperor’s Palace, Kyalami, Durban Expo Centre and Cape Town International Convention Centre.

We are proud members of EXSA (Exhibition Association of South Africa) An overview of our methodolody is outlined below:

• Prior identification of access points to be used by artists, promoters, V.I.P Guests, overall crew and subcontractors.
• Assessable manpower recommendations for access control points.
• Implementation of a security pass system to ensure correct access to designated areas.
• Locate proper crowd control barriers at the venue.
• Opening and lock-up times to be arranged and agreed upon with the venue manager

Event Security

Stryker offers the perfect event security services for small and large events. We work to ensure the safety of delegates, performers, competitors and guests from deliberate disruptions and/or situational security risks associated with events.

• We arrange, with local police dog units, for bomb sweeps prior to agreed gate opening time.
• Key points at the venue are identified, secure and monitored to ensure orderly conduct by members of the public whilst on the premises.
• We assist with First Aid arrangements.
• The image of the promoters is maintained in all dealings with venues, local authorities and emegrency services.
• We assign bodyguards, minders, drivers as well as coordinators. The responsibilities assigned to our operators vary from close protection to co-ordinating routes, handling local authorities, etc.
